Our philosophy commentary
These philosophy plays and philosophy lessons were written by Rev Dr Wally Shaw, a teacher and philosopher, as a study aid for those wanting to learn about the life and legacy of philosophers David Hume, Adam Smith, Jeremy Bentham and Socrates.
We have had great feedback on these philosophy plays as an aid to learn philosophy over the 5 years of productions at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe. We had favourable reviews of these plays when we performed them during Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
These teaching philosophy lessons were written by Dr Wally Shaw, a teacher and philosopher, as a study guide for those teaching philosophy to help in examining the philosophy of these great men. They are an effective way for philosophy students to dramatise and roll play in the life of these great philosophers as a tool for understanding their philosophy and their environment and are a valuable teaching philosophy resource.
We have an extensive commentary on the philosophical works of David Hume.
The play "Jeremy Bentham The Pursuit of Happiness" as performed at the Edinburgh Festival 2007 is available to buy on lulu bookstore.
